S45C Zinc-Plated Machine Base with Internal and External Threads
Manufactured from S45C carbon steel, this mechanical base integrates an M32 × 1.5 internal thread, a 1-1/4"-11 external pipe thread, multiple turned profiles, and a diamond-knurled flange within a single component.
The key machining challenge is maintaining the alignment and fit between the internal and external threaded features while controlling the flange diameter and overall geometry. The diamond-knurled surface provides improved grip during installation and adjustment.
After machining, the component is zinc plated to provide additional surface protection for industrial applications.
